Fabric Bridge Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a garment and textile solutions provider based in Australia. We specialise in B2B garment design, manufacturing, and sourcing services.

2. Services

  • We provide custom garment manufacturing, fabric sourcing, and related services.
  • The scope of Services will be set out in quotes or agreements issued to you.
  • We reserve the right to update or discontinue Services at any time without notice.

3. Quotes and Orders

  • All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • An order is only binding once you confirm acceptance in writing (including email) and we provide an order confirmation.
  • Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply and will be communicated at the time of quoting.
  • Any changes to confirmed orders must be agreed in writing and may result in revised costs or timelines.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless specified otherwise.
  • Payment terms: unless otherwise agreed in writing, 50% deposit is required upfront, and the remaining 50% is payable prior to shipment or delivery.
  • Payment must be made via the methods we specify (e.g. bank transfer, credit card, PayPal).
  • Late payments may incur interest at 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

5. Delivery and Lead Times

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, material availability, or shipping delays.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you once products are shipped or delivered to your nominated address.
  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

6. Quality and Returns

  • We guarantee our products meet reasonable industry standards and the specifications agreed in writing.
  • Returns or replacements are only accepted for goods that are defective or do not match agreed specifications.
  • Claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

7. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your designs, logos, and branding provided to us.
  • We retain all rights to our website, content, and service descriptions.
  • By providing us with your designs, you warrant that you have the legal right to use them and that they do not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, production delays, or reputational damage.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the relevant order.

9. Privacy and Data

  • We collect and use your business and personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • By using our Site and Services, you consent to such collection and use.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
